Bookings & payment

A trip is confirmed once your deposit is received. Full payment is due by the date stated for each departure. Prices are quoted per person on a twin-share basis unless noted.

Cancellation & refund policy

Domestic tour cancellation policy

• The domestic trip booking amount is totally non-refundable but can be adjusted with your next trip.
• Cancellation within 2 days will be non-refundable and non-adjustable.
• If the cancellation is done by the agency, the booking money will be fully refundable.

International tour cancellation policy

1. Tour cancellation by agency

In case the tour is cancelled by the agency, the booking money will be fully refundable. The ticket price will be eligible for a refund, subject to the airline's refund policy.

2. Tour cancellation by client

• If the tour is cancelled by the guest after booking, 25% of the booking amount is totally non-refundable and non-adjustable, and the remaining 75% of the booking amount can be adjusted to other future trips of Female Travelers Network Bangladesh.
• If a client cancels the tour prior to 72 hours of the flight, the paid amount is 100% neither refundable nor adjustable to any other trips.
• In case the tour is cancelled by the guest after the confirmation of air ticket, hotel booking and others, the booking money will be non-refundable. Only the ticket price will be eligible for a refund, subject to the airline's refund policy.

3. Tour cancellation due to natural disasters

(e.g. climate issues, floods, airport shutdowns, earthquakes)

• Air ticket refund: If the tour is cancelled due to a natural disaster either at the origin (Dhaka Airport) or the destination airport, the air ticket will be refunded as per the airline's refund policy.
• Land package refund: In the event of cancellation due to a natural disaster, the land package (including hotel bookings, transfers, tours, etc.) will not be refundable.

4. Tour cancellation due to government issues

(e.g. travel bans, regulatory restrictions)

• Air ticket refund: If the tour is cancelled due to government-related issues from origin or destination, the air ticket will be refunded as per the respective airline policies.
• Hotel booking refund: If the tour is cancelled due to government-related issues from origin, the hotel booking money will be non-refundable. If the tour is cancelled due to government-related issues from the destination, the hotel booking money will be refundable as per the hotel's refund policy.

Note: Refund time is 2–3 weeks.

Our trips are women-only

By booking, you confirm our group trips are reserved for women travellers in keeping with the network's purpose.

Liability

We take safety seriously but are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international trips.
